Intentionally Layered.
The Sandwich Core
Two high-density paper faces are dry-mounted onto an internal cardstock foundation. The central layer introduces an exposed metallic bronze edge, giving every piece its distinct physical signature.
Protective Fusion
The assembled composite is sealed through thermal lamination, locking the structural layers together to establish rigidity and complete water resistance across both faces.
Matte Varnish Finish
A hand-applied matte spray finish is applied to eliminate plastic sheen, softening the surface sheen into an industrial, paper-like feel while enhancing overall edge rigidity.
